1. Due to logistics and transportation issues, we cannot guarantee that all orders will arrive on time. We will make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery of products, but we are not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or other issues that occur during the shipping process.

2. We do not guarantee that all products will pass through customs duty-free. If the products are held at customs or require additional taxes, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the relevant customs office and pay any applicable duties to collect the package.

3. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations of their country/region. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to the customer’s violation of local laws or regulations. If products are returned due to such violations, customers may choose to pay the additional shipping fees to have the products re-sent, or arrange for a partial refund after the products are returned to the UK warehouse, with the shipping fee (£15 per package) deducted.

5. If you purchase our products within mainland China, you are not allowed to sell or resell them within mainland China.
